Early Technology
Books on early technology, as well as magazines, leaflets, posters and advertising, give a fascinating insight into our social history. Whether it is early advice on how to drive a car, the technology behind early television or those wonderful new kitchen devices from the 1950s, this can be a fascinating subject for a collector.
Lost technology
It is good to see these publications preserved. Many of them may be the only remaining information and insight into a lost craft, technique, skill, machine or process. Illustrated books and magazines on early technology are something we find of great interest and like to preserve.
