This is a nice autographed book. It was first published in 1905. We are not sure when this copy was published.
It is noted online as a novel, but it appears to be non-fiction? According to Wikipedia is ‘best known for its notion that a voluntary order of nobility known as the Samurai could effectively rule a “kinetic and not static” world state so as to solve “the problem of combining progress with political stability”.

A hardback in very good condition. Blue embossed cover with foil blocking on the spine. The cover has some slight marks. The inside pages are clean. A old price in ink has been written on the inside front cover. There is an interesting ‘Note to the Reader’ at the beginning of the book.
