Vues de Sauve is a limited edition portfolio of eight prints by Robert Crumb (b. 1943).

The prints are illustrations of the French village where Robert Crumb lives. The prints are in black and white, printed on fine paper and contained in a burgundy folder.

Robert Crumb is an American cartoonist known for his work on the underground comic movement of the 1960s. He is a unique and prolific artist, and much more than just a comic artist. His visual statements on modern America, his depiction of his life and passions make him a fascinating artist to observe. Robert Crumb’s work has evolved to include a wide range of illustration. This set of drawings, Vues de Sauve, are beautifully observed views of the village he lives in.

This portfolio is a limited edition of 200 published in 1991, signed by Robert Crumb. Number 16/200.

The folder and eight prints are in excellent condition.
