Purchasing a product from us.
If you complete the purchasing process on our illustrated books store you are submitting your data with the aim of purchasing one or more of the illustrated books, prints, collectables, etc. that we display on our online bookstore. During this process we collect and store the email address you provide and your postal address so that we can contact you to manage your purchase.
If you make any enquiry via our product enquiry form or our contact us form we collect and store your email address so that we can respond to your enquiry.
When you purchase an item from our online bookstore your payment is taken via the Stripe payment system. During this purchase process we do not see or store your payment details. These are collected and processed by Stripe. Stripe have signed up to the Privacy Shield Framework and we are reassured that this framework meets the requirements of the GDPR regulations.
