The Book Club editions were published in the same year as the first editions. They were printed in larger quantities. They had excellent dust-jackets that were different from the initial first editions.
Currently the first edition of this book is listed in Sothebys at over £700. The only difference in a book club editions is it has a different dustwrapper.
This copy of The Spy Who Loved Me has a dramatic illustration by an artist who signs him or herself ‘Cultril’.
Condition: Hardback. The dust-jacket is good with slight scuffing on the edges. Inside pages are clean.
The best way to read James Bond is is in the original hardback from the period.
