Published by the Heritage Press, Connecticut, USA, 1997, with an interesting introduction by the author Nicholas Monsarrat (1910-1979) the British novelist known for his stories of the sea.
Lynd Ward is mainly know for his wordless novels that he illustrated with his distinctive wood engravings. It is nice to see another side to his work in this book .
This hardback book is in excellent condition.
